The expert steel pan musician Sterling C Sample, together with the exceptional work of a talented developer, worked on Steel Pan Tutor. After months of development the app is now live for iOS devices and it has two versions: lite (free) and paid.
“As a steel pan musician and being part of a larger community of steel pan artists in my city, I’ve acknowledged the need to create this type of app a long time ago. This feature-rich music education app teaches you how to play thousands of songs, from children nursery songs, to gospel songs and many other different types. Perfect for steel pan drummers and other steel pan musician, the users can also find great YouTube tutorials.
The key feature is the Midi search engine that lets users find thousands of midi song online along with tons of abilities to manage those midi files. There is preference section too which let’s you add the note names on any one of the steel pans within the preferences section and adjust everything.
